To download the TrueSwitch software:
- Click the "Download Now" button to begin the download process.
- When the "File Download" window appears, select "Run". This will automatically save the TrueSwitch icon on your desktop. Do not select "Save"

| 3. The TrueSwitch software installer should now be automatically downloading in a few seconds, a new window will pop up that will take you through the rest of the process to help you switch your account. |

| To access TrueSwitch in the future, just double click on the TrueSwitch icon on your Windows Desktop or in your Start Menu. |
