To download the TrueSwitch software:
- Click the "Download Now" button to begin the download process.
- When the "File Download" window appears, select "Run". This will automatically save the TrueSwitch icon on your desktop. Do not select "Save"

The TrueSwitch software installer should now be automatically downloading in a few seconds, a new window will pop up that will take you through the rest of the process to help you switch your account. |

| To access TrueSwitch in the future, just double click on the TrueSwitch icon on your Windows Desktop or in your Start Menu. |
