MSN
The
following information details where to find your personal data (E-mail, address
book, calendar information, favorites, etc.) after you have used TrueSwitch to
switch to MSN. Please note that it can take upto 24
hours before all the personal data from your old account is copied to your new
MSN account.
Please
also note that the following information assumes that you have MSN software
installed on your PC that you are using to access your MSN account, and you
must have logged into your new MSN account.

E-Mails From TrueSwitch
1. E-mails sent to you from TrueSwitch confirming your TrueSwitch internet account switching request and status updates will be in your “Inbox” in MSN which can be accessed by clicking on the “Mail & More” icon.


If you selected “Copy Stored E-Mails” (which is
enabled by default in the “Express Switching” option), all your saved mails
(with all your sub-folders) will be in a folder in “Folders on My Computer”.

If you
selected “E-mail Forwarding” (which is enabled by default in the “Express
Switching” option), then any e-mails which were sent to your old Internet
e-mail address will be forwarded by TrueSwitch to your new MSN e-mail
address.
This will be in your “Inbox” in MSN which can be accessed by clicking on the “Mail & More” icon.

If you selected “Copy Address Book” (which is enabled by default in the “Express Switching” option), your address book with all your contacts and information (postal address, phone/fax/work numbers, personal information etc) will be in your MSN address book which can be accessed by clicking on the “Address Book” option that appears on the bottom left-hand side of the page.


If you selected “Copy Calendar Information” (which is enabled by default in the “Express Switching” option), your migrated calendar with all your events, appointments and reminders can be accessed by clicking on the “Calendar” option that appears on the bottom left-hand side of the page.


Your migrated favorites/bookmarks (with any sub-folders you might have created) can be accessed by clicking on the “Favorites” icon.
