1. E-mails sent to you from TrueSwitch confirming your TrueSwitch internet account switching request and status updates will be in your “Inbox” in Earthlink. This can be accessed by launching your “Earthlink Total Access Mail” from the “Start” menu and then clicking on “Inbox”.

If you selected “Copy Stored E-Mails” (which is enabled by
default in the “Express Switching” option), all your saved mails (with all your
sub-folders) from your old account to your new Earthlink account will be in a
folder which will have your old account user name. For example. If you
are switching from Janedoe@aol.com to
Earthlink, the folder name will be janedoe@aol.com. All sub-folders with their respective mails
in them will also migrate.

If you
selected “E-mail Forwarding” (which is enabled by default in the “Express Switching”
option), then any e-mails which were sent to your old Internet e-mail address
will be forwarded by TrueSwitch to your new Earthlink e-mail address.
These will be in your “Inbox” in Earthlink. This can be accessed by launching your “Earthlink Total Access Mail” from the “Start” menu and then clicking on “Inbox”.

If you selected “Copy Address
Book” (which is enabled by default in the “Express Switching” option), your
address book with all your contacts and information (postal address,
phone/fax/work numbers, personal information etc) will be in your Earthlink
address book which can be accessed by clicking on the “Address Book” icon.

Your migrated favorites/bookmarks (with any sub-folders you might have created) will be migrated as a folder in Internet Explorer.
