Q. How do I download TrueSwitch?
A. The TrueSwitch Wizard is available for downloading from our website. In most cases, the download should start automatically.

In some cases, you may also receive a prompt to save the TrueInstall file.

Save the file to the desktop by clicking "Save". Then double-click on the "TrueInstall" icon on the desktop to complete the download of the TrueSwitch Wizard.

Q. How long does it take to download the TrueSwitch Wizard?
A. This depends on your connection speed: for most dialup users the download time should be under two minutes.

Q. What if I'm having problems installing TrueSwitch?
A. If you are having problems downloading TrueSwitch, the Wizard can be downloaded manually from here.

If the TrueInstall program won't run, please check that you meet the System Requirements and that you have a connection to the Internet. If you meet these requirements and are still having problems, please email us at ns@trueswitch.com for technical support.
