Q. Does TrueSwitch support my Internet Service Provider?
TrueSwitch currently supports switching youe e-mail accounts
from AOL, AT&T Broadband, CompuServe, EarthLink and MSN.
Please be sure to use TrueSwitch from the same computer that
you use to access your e-mails currently. This is so TrueSwitch can copy your address book and calendar to your Network Solutions webmail account and your stored e-mails as well as your address book to Outlook Express.

Q. How
do I copy my personal information to my new Internet account?
A. The easiest way is to download
and run the TrueSwitch Wizard and select the "Express
Switching" option. This copies the most popular personal
information from your old Internet account to your new Network Solutions
account. You can control precisely what information is copied
by using the "Custom Switching" option.
If you are switching multiple Internet accounts , simply re-run the TrueSwitch Wizard
for each such account.

Q. How do I notify contacts with my new email address?
A. The easiest way is to download and
run the TrueSwitch Wizard and select the "Express
Switching" option. This sends an email to everyone in your
address book notifying them that you have switched and providing
them with your new email address. We have additional information
on how to edit the information within your address book.
In addition,
the Express Switching mode includes activating email forwarding
for 30 days. So, if a friend or contact writes to you at the
old email address, TrueSwitch will forward that email to you
and you will have the option of telling the sender your new
email address.
You can, of course, edit the contents of your address book
before running the TrueSwitch Wizard and, if you select the
"Custom Switching" option, you can personalize the
change of address email that will be sent on your behalf.
In addition, during the Custom Switching dialog, you can also
select the Contact Update feature which sends an email to
your friends and contacts with all your contact information
(address, phone numbers, etc.). Your friends and contacts
can then update their records, and send you their own updated
contact information.

Q. How do I setup email forwarding?
A. The easiest way is to download
and run the TrueSwitch Wizard and select the "Express
Switching" option. This will setup email forwarding for
a period of 30 days. Please note that you must not cancel
your old Internet account, or change your user name and password
for this function to work correctly.
